It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. They both had documents lost and are still ongoing. I began my process With National numbers much later and mine concluded very quickly. Couldn't have asked for better. After trying the automated website where the option I wanted wasn't available, phoned directly and they sorted everything in one call, it wasn't a problem and was very easy and simple. Really nice guy on end of phone, not pushy at all,
