I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! No hassles. National Numbers sourced my personal plate, registered it for me until I found a vehicle I wanted it to go on and then organised the transfer for me. Easy!

The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.
