Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. National Numbers sale and transfer procedures were pretty smooth, handling the whole process without any stress. I willingly recommend them to everyone who has a private plate to sell, I don't think you will do better. Well done to all the staff who were very helpful.

Very quick service new plates arrived in 24hrs of buying and v5 was updated and returned via DVLA within a week. The extra £50 for the fast track service was well worth the cost as it was all sorted for me. Loving my new REG thankyou.
