Very easy purchase. They handled the whole process from start to finish. Plate was even less expensive than from their competitors Having not purchased a registration before I had quite a few question. All of which were addressed quickly and in a helpful manor. This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
