A very efficient and fast service. Once my registration was sold, the money was in my bank account within 3 days.

NN approached me to see if I was still willing to sell the plate, that I had bought ages back with two others and did not really need so had put up for sale. As no one had come forward I thought I would use it, so I had, only a few months ago, put this on a vehicle. Nevertheless I was happy to sell at the price I had asked a year ago. So from that point of agreement to sell, it was straight forward. As stated within 2-3 weeks, timing reliant on the DVLA turning round the paperwork (and the DVLA being busy around 1st March with new registrations I guess) and issuing the replacement V5c, I have now received payment and I am a satisfied customer!

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. I've always wanted a cherished number plate but thought I couldn't afford it. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices and purchased my plate entirely online. Everything from start to finish was efficient and my plates arrived in less than a week. They handled everything for me and my plates will be on my car in less than a month after my first enquiry.

Clear explanation of the process, reminders given when appropriate and fair estimate of what the cost of my target number plate would be. Can't really fins any area that could be improved.

It took a while to sell the plate, but then I suppose that is the way of things, but the speed at which the transaction was completed was amazing. I got the documents emailed from them on the Friday, sent them back recorded delivery on the Saturday and the money was in my bank on the Monday. Truly amazing speed!
