I can't praise this company enough, I started to buy a number plate from another company at the beginning of November 2018 ,it was for a Christmas present .I thought I had enough time to get everything in place only for the other company to let me down at the beginning of December I was totally defeated . I picked myself up and started to looked for a plate on National Numbers , they couldn't help me enough. It was like the sun was shining again !!!!! . All the staff at this company have been absolutely fantastic ,phoning me back when they said they would and helping me every step of the way. This is my first personalised number plate and I must compliment National Numbers for their promptness and efficiency. They made everything so easy. And I take my hat off to the DVLA office at Lincoln to whom I posted the documents off on Thursday @ 2PM. Lo and behold my new tax disc, new MOT and full instructions were in my in my letter box on Saturday morning. Well done.

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
