I ordered a private plate and paid for it online, despite bank holiday shipping stalls I received my certificate in under 2 weeks and was able to plate the car immediately online.

Was informed of a potential buyer on Friday afternoon and money was transferred to me on the Tuesday. No hassles, very easy and would use again. Top class service.

Everything was actioned quickly and once the registration was complete they rang us individually to confirm the new plates they made could be fitted. They also gave useful reminders such as notifying your insurance company. Would I use them again? YES!

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
