I first looked at the website to see if the number plate combination I wanted was avaialble. The system was easy to use and I had soon identified a suitable plate. As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. Some of the finance setup was a bit clunky but that's not National Numbers' fault. Happy with the service. If I had a fleet of cars then I'd happily use them again for each one.... but I haven't.
