Great service but some advice was not complete

Perfect service???

Very friendly and professional staff when you phone them up. I sent the paperwork to them on Friday and received my plates the following Wednesday! Couldn't ask for a faster service. Would recommend to anyone.

Dealt with Phil in connection with the purchase of a personal plate. Communication was excellent and the entire process was quick efficient and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

Felt this company was the right place to choose my number plate. Scored high on many reviews and being careful whom I give custom to felt things were done to high standard apart from one wee incident costing me for postage however give this company its credit they are refunding this error made by the company that sends it mail. Number plates arrived Fast was impressed by the speed wish all companies were this fast. Purchased 24 December on the festive start of December plates arrived 3rd January then the documents arrived but sadly I had to collect this as postage was needed before greedy Royal mail would part with it. This is refunded to me thank you for this. First customer call waS not best but when I phoned back days after Liam was a big help. This company has certainly made itself as a company of trust and confidence on me I shall be buying my daughters plate from here too when I buy her new car for her 18th next year. Can't fault national numbers they admitted a mistake and compensated me very quick to send all the goodies and transfer was immediate on dvla thanks plate really does my car further justice has had a few headturns today.

Took less than a week.

Very easy to find the number plate i needed,sent through as described,only disappoint was it was a surprise and the letter was sent to my husband so he knew about his surprise.

To be honest I was wary of letting an external company transfer my registration and deal with the DVLA directly, was also expecting the transfer to take ages however it was an extremely fast and kind service when I spoke on the phone and my number plate has already been transferred and new clean plates arrived in just over 1 week.

Lovely company, very fast deliver

Kept me informed at all times. New V5C arrived within days of completing transaction. They also got me a good deal on the cost of my new plate! :)
