Excellent fast service, paid on day one after a good conversation with Adam on the plate I was looking at, the plates turned up 3 days later and logbook 2 days after that! Thank you very much for a fast excellent service! The plate has made my car my own.

Excellent Timely Professional Service - Recommend!!

Easy communications even during Covid-19. They did the DVLA registration on the Wednesday and I got the certificate allowing me to use the plates on the Thursday and the Monday after, the new log book arrived. I could not fault the service.

Brilliant service!! They take care of everything for you, from finance to getting the plates ready to put straight on your car. It?s all very smooth sailing, just follow their instructions and you?ll be with your new plates in no time. I like the fact they also call to give you progress reports so you don?t feel like you've been scammed. As it can be quite a long progress so it?s nice to know what?s going on and when things will be ready. Couldn?t fault them so don?t worry about them at all!!

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Staff were friendly and efficient . Plate sourced quickly . Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise . All in all though great service .

Very pleased with the number plate, easy website to use and great finance options. Lack of communication and instruction after purchase. Found the plates outside my door when I arrived home with no warning. Would recommend but suggest aftersales improvement. Thanks.
