Great and efficient company to deal with, whenever you have a query they are very helpful. We have had 3 sets of number plates from them and would recommend them.

Dealing with National Numbers was very enjoyable and I could not fault their customer service. They were not prepared to negotiate on my number but that was not a major problem. A very professional, efficient and friendly service with good prices to match. Everything came through very quickly and my new reg was on my car far quicker than expected. My only disappointment was the number plates that I ordered as an additional item were inferior to those offered by other websites. There was no option that I could see for different sizes (my car requires a larger sized plate at the back), so I had to purchase my plates again from another site for another £30.

I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

Got great price for my number and helped make the transfer off and swap to another private number easy and stress less handling all paperwork etc all I had to do was sign a form. Have already recommended to two friends.
