Staff were helpful, polite and did what they said they would do in the timescale promised. It all happened without drama and at the cost quoted. An exceptionally good service.

Simple, quick and easy. Job done. The only slight negative is I felt I had to chase them a couple of times to be kept informed of progress. Overall however worked well and got the plate I wanted.

Dealt with Paul and he was extremely helpful and patient over quite a period of time as it has taken a while to source the correct plate. Everyone I dealt with were excellent and I was kept fully informed at every stage. A very happy daughter with her new number plate.

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
