Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.

Vary helpful and explained the process fully. I also had an issue on line with DVLA which they looked into and advised accordingly.

On finding the plates I was looking for with this company, I paid for the complete service and the service I received was outstanding. Every aspect was completed extremely well with everything thing being completed ahead of schedule. Perfect all round, I would highly recommend.

I had a first rate experience with National Numbers. They kept me up to date whilst they tried to contact the previous owner of the plate and then the actual transfer was both quick and seamless.

I recently completed a purchase of a personalised number plate. National Numbers were the only organisation to offer me the option of the plate I wanted. They told me the upfront cost and the time it would take to get it. Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

Really helpful guy on phone.The whole process was quick and easy. They sent the new log book out before I'd sent them the old one. New number plates recieved in four days. Would definitely use National Numbers again. Thanks guys.
