I was contacted about a reg I had on retention for the last few years. I was made a very reasonable offer and agreed. The National Numbers superb service then kicked in. It is rare to deal with a company that is this efficient. From start to finish the paperwork had been sent out, completed and processed in three working days. Absolutely fantastic communication and lightning fast payment.I sent the retention document of with the relevant paperwork 1st class recorded delivery on the Tuesday. payment was received on Thursday the same week.
