I cannot thank all the staff at National Numbers enough for their extreme help and professionalism in helping me get my own special number after all these years. The company represented me this week at the auctions and rang me during the live bid to advise me throughout the bidding. Thankfully after their guidance they secured my plate for me against a lot of competition. I cannot thank Jill enough for her help during the live bid. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a number plate as they give you honest advice as they are an established company who look after their customers from start to finish. After having a bad experience with another number plate company I was very careful who I put my trust in, but hand on heart my confidence was restored after speaking to such a wonderful owner and all his staff. Thankfully I was lucky to pick an outstanding company but be warned there are a lot of companies that will not give you the expert service or honesty that this company delivers. I had my plate listed with National Numbers for several years, but once a bid came in, they handled it efficiently and professionally, with the money paid into my bank account.

NN approached me to see if I was still willing to sell the plate, that I had bought ages back with two others and did not really need so had put up for sale. As no one had come forward I thought I would use it, so I had, only a few months ago, put this on a vehicle. Nevertheless I was happy to sell at the price I had asked a year ago. So from that point of agreement to sell, it was straight forward. As stated within 2-3 weeks, timing reliant on the DVLA turning round the paperwork (and the DVLA being busy around 1st March with new registrations I guess) and issuing the replacement V5c, I have now received payment and I am a satisfied customer!

All went well especially as I was a complete novice. The only comment I would make is that a little more communication to keep me informed of progress would have been nice. I would use them again and I would recommend them.
