Very helpful call handler and two plates bought quickly and easily. All plates and documents arrived exactly as promised.

Really excellent service, easy to use, fast and efficient, had the number plates within a couple of days of purchasing them.

We had forgotten about my mother-in-law's personalised number plate which we put on retention over 18 months ago. National Numbers got in touch to ask if we still had it and wanted to sell it. They were helpful from the start and after sending off our documentation late on Monday, we were kept informed through e-mail and we had the agreed sum of money in our account on Thursday. Great service and I'd recommend.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

I sold my registration with National Numbers, it all went through with out a hitch and everything was clearly explained, I can't fault the service they provided to me, friendly, easy to contact, no high pressure sales, just good advice, I have no reservations about recommend them, truly 5 out of 5. All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.

A quick & easy process, plates arrived in a couple of days & transferred to vehicle a day later.
