I received 5 star service from Phil and my mark would have reflected that once he took over my request, prior to that I had spoken to someone who failed to call me back which is very frustrating so my review is 5 stars for Phil and 4 stars overall.

Very Amazing National Number Costumer-Service. I purchased a number plate so quickly and Dealt with Mr, Phil McCarthy in the sales team who was very responsive, always made themselves available and kept me posted on progress of the transaction. I appreciate for that and hope we will deal maybe in the future with a new number plate Phil :-) . kind regards Ahmar

Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.

Dealt with Paul and he was extremely helpful and patient over quite a period of time as it has taken a while to source the correct plate. Everyone I dealt with were excellent and I was kept fully informed at every stage. A very happy daughter with her new number plate.
