I found the plate I wanted and due to not fault of theirs it turned out to not be available, a replacement was found and National numbers worked hard to secure it for me. Bad initial experience - but since put right. Originally disappointed with the poor response to my enquiries - so reflected this with appropriate feedback. Happily, they then responded more positively and today I was able to acquire a suitable plate within my time frame and budget. So, good news all round.
Approached many other number plate resellers and they all quoted me between £400 and £500 for my plate. National Numbers quoted three times that but explained it might take a while to sell at that price. I was prepared to wait and have just received £1200 (having accepted an offer). The process was completely painless, stunningly fast (with an immediate bank transfer) and I had a real, helpful person at National Numbers to speak to throughout.
