First contact was good and helped me find number plate that was personal, I was looking at another number at the time. The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. Would recommend to others.

The website was easy to use and I took out the 12 months interest free option to spread the cost out for my purchase. Pricing and process clearly explained at the outset. Craig phoned from the auction when my plate was under the hammer, as promised. Nice touch and could hear the actual auctioneer in the background. Got my PJB plate at the July auction for less than I had budgeted for, which was a bonus. Straight forward to deal with and friendly to boot.
