As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. Straight forward no hassle quick and easy. Easy to navigate website found the plate I wanted. Paid online got plates within 2 days sent off vc5 all done by a week.
