I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. advertised my plate with national numbers at 700 less than they valued it at. 4-5 weeks later received a phone call from them with an offer 400 less than I advertised it for so I took it as it was with a car I bought. I sent my paper work off the same day and got payment straight into my account within 2 weeks.
