After years of thinking about getting a personalised number plate, I found National Numbers online and just called them. Received a decent service and got my plate at a decent price too. Not an excellent rating as responses to e-mails at the beginning and mid point through the process were slow - at times I thought my messages had been lost in cyber space! Got there in the end. I will recommend to others on the proviso that comms. aren't the best.

I had previously used Regtransfers to sell my numbers, however after some underhand tactics I changed to National Numbers. They sold my number relatively quickly compared to RT. The staff member called me and told me exactly how much I would clear, rather than trying to get me to accept an amount ridiculously far from the agreed figure like RT used to do. It was confirmed the same day that the number had sold. The only downside was the amount of time it took to receive payment, which was several weeks, and the fact they did not keep me informed of the delay - I had to chase them. Otherwise they would get 5 stars!

Would highly recommend. Transaction was easier than I expected and communication was excellent at all stages. The people I dealt with by phone/email were very responsive and gave clear information on what was happening, next steps etc. I never had to chase up, they were always one step ahead and letting me know what was going on!
