The process was quick, it took just over a week from initial contact to receiving payment, I was also kept up to date with the progress of the transaction on a regular basis.

All went well especially as I was a complete novice. The only comment I would make is that a little more communication to keep me informed of progress would have been nice. I would use them again and I would recommend them.
