The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.

Dealing with National Numbers was very enjoyable and I could not fault their customer service. They were not prepared to negotiate on my number but that was not a major problem. No reservations in recommending this company and I would suggest you use their transfer service not try and do it yourself, it saves so much hassle well worth the small extra cost.
