I started my enquiry online and then shortly after I had a phone call to talk me through all my options. I had chosen my new number plate which came the next day which was great. 3 days later my certificate came and I could put my new number plate on. I ordered and paid for the new number on line.Within a week the number plates arrived. Within a day of sending my V5 National Numbers had fast tracked my V5 to the DVLA and I could fit the new plates to my car. Excellent service.
