Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.

Surprisingly simple and straight forward to sell my number plate. I was happy with the price, the process was exactly as described by the representative on the phone (and subsequent paperwork), and I received payment promptly. All together very good indeed.

They sent me everything with clear instructions on what to do when it came to selling my plate, and the money hit my account with no issues. Very happy with the service.
