For some time I had been looking for a personal plate for our son's wheelchair adapted car. Sadly, his degree of physical disability means he will never be able to drive himself, but at least with his initials on the registration plate he would feel that he "owned" his car. Finally, I found the perfect plate on Nationalnumbers website and they took care of everything - including attending to the necessary application to retain my personal plate that was already on the vehicle. I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.
