I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. When I checked what I needed to do to sell my number plate I decided it was far too much hassle and decided against it. A few months ago I looked at National Numbers web site and decided to sell it through them. I was in no hurry so happy to leave it and see what happened. Once I received an acceptable offer via National Numbers, the process was so easy and completely hassle free, almost effortless. They do everything for you.
