Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Found them a good company to deal with although was a bit sceptical they were real at first as greatly under priced a plate I had already been quoted for. Ended up paying nearly twice what was first quoted but I expected this so was not too put out and everything went very smoothly. I would certainly use them again.
