I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. Everything was actioned quickly and once the registration was complete they rang us individually to confirm the new plates they made could be fitted.
