Vary helpful and explained the process fully. I also had an issue on line with DVLA which they looked into and advised accordingly.

I purchased a plate for my 9 year old nephew ready for when he is 18. The opposition who I have purchased off before were a complete letdown, promising to ring back and did not. Won't mention their name but one of the largest companies - they send regular magazines to me. Could just have been one of their off days. Found them so good in past, but in future will deal with NN. Absolutely fantastic communication and lightning fast payment.I sent the retention document of with the relevant paperwork 1st class recorded delivery on the Tuesday. payment was received on Thursday the same week. When I received an offer for my plate from a National Numbers buyer, I was sceptical. I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate. I should not have worried! It was the easiest, most pain-free process I have undertaken! The money arrived quickly and exactly as they said it would.
