I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! I cannot fault the Company and the person I dealt with Craig did exactly what it said on the tin. I do take point from one of your reviews regarding the cost of the service but in all honesty if you want to take time out , research the plates and go and spend time at the Auction then it will work out cheaper for you. I personally have not got the time to do this and Craig called me when the Lot came up and I paid in my opinion a fair price for the plate. I would recommend National Numbers

4 out of 5. Good service and fairly quick turnaround on paperwork. However all the add ons to the price of the number plates i.e. Printing plates etc are extortionate and there was no option to remove these items from your purchase online. I had to call up to remove the unwanted bits and saved a fortune.
