I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! From registering my number plates for sale to the contact I received about a potential buyer Nationalnumbers were very efficient. I am awaiting the sale of several other plates and feel assured these will be handled in the same efficient manner. Other (unmentionable) major players in the market try to under value your plate in the hope of making a quick buck, however I would thoroughly recommend Nationalnumbers as the No 1 company to deal with !!
