Very professional team making the whole progress go smoothly,in spite of DVLA insisting on an MoT for a 1935 car.Then demanding an inspection afterwards. Would definitely sell/but through them again.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Throughout the whole process they kept me updated on what is happening. Regtransfer tried making me pay £3000 on a mark which they got for me for £1600. Just wanted to thank Chantelle, Phil and Jill for excellent support.
