I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! We recently purchased 5 new registration numbers at a significant cost. Trusting National Numbers with thousands of pounds of our money whilst they purchased registration numbers on our behalf was done risk free. Their team were incredibly professional, courteous and ultimately successful. We got all the numbers we bid for. The result - great Xmas presents for the family !

Paul dealt with us and had many complications, but he persevered and got everything sorted. I rate his efforts very highly
