Initally my request for a number plate was overseen and not put into a DVLA auction. Three months later the plate was won @ the DVLA auction as promised. I listed my one of my unused number plates with National Numbers. After a period, I got a call from them to say I had a bid. They negotiated upwards a little on the bid - and a sale was agreed. They then sent me the forms, and within about two weeks, I had the full payment from them. Very easy to deal with - have no problems recommending.
