I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. Really easy to use on internet, great team, quick response and good value for money.

I purchased two plates for both myself and my wife and requested they dealt with all the paperwork. They were faultless. Everything was actioned quickly and once the registration was complete they rang us individually to confirm the new plates they made could be fitted. They also gave useful reminders such as notifying your insurance company. Would I use them again? YES!

The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Would highly recommend. Transaction was easier than I expected and communication was excellent at all stages. The people I dealt with by phone/email were very responsive and gave clear information on what was happening, next steps etc. I never had to chase up, they were always one step ahead and letting me know what was going on!

Was informed of a potential buyer on Friday afternoon and money was transferred to me on the Tuesday. No hassles, very easy and would use again. Top class service.
