Anyway, I went along cautiously and I have to say the staff were at all times extremely helpful and reassuring and the whole process was managed by them very smoothly and professionally. Sales were very helpful ensuring the number I wanted was still for sale by the vendor. (Not the case with a competitor on the first cherished number I wanted).
