They kept me informed right the way through having explained what I needed to do and send, then what they would do and how. This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.

I used this company as it was the only one i could use with poor credit and they were excellent i was able to say what i wanted to pay each month and it was easy to sort and all the staff were excellent. Delivery of the plates was very quick would definately recommend
