Dealing with National Numbers was very enjoyable and I could not fault their customer service. They were not prepared to negotiate on my number but that was not a major problem. Very Amazing National Number Costumer-Service. I purchased a number plate so quickly and Dealt with Mr, Phil McCarthy in the sales team who was very responsive, always made themselves available and kept me posted on progress of the transaction. Very efficient and reliable.

When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.

Great company to deal with, very friendly and professional from first call to end. Kept me up to date, it only took just over one week to complete everything, they even made my new plate for me and posted it out. They sent all new information to dvla so i never had to do a thing. Highly recomend them if you are looking to purchase a private plate.
