Pricing and process clearly explained at the outset. Craig phoned from the auction when my plate was under the hammer, as promised. Nice touch and could hear the actual auctioneer in the background. Well ordered plate no problem but when certificate came dvla wouldnt let me put it on for some werid reason phoned these up and the man on phone was great really poilte and friendly which was nice so thanks R Thompson you made my day and Christmas as plate now on car thank you
