A very professional, efficient and friendly service with good prices to match. Everything came through very quickly and my new reg was on my car far quicker than expected. My only disappointment was the number plates that I ordered as an additional item were inferior to those offered by other websites. There was no option that I could see for different sizes (my car requires a larger sized plate at the back), so I had to purchase my plates again from another site for another £30.

This was the easiest transaction possible. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. It is just as simple as that and I can't say anymore but thanks to NN for the professionalism and the guy on the phone stated it was as easy as this. He was right. Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

I received a call form Craig at National numbers asking me if I wanted to sell a plate I had given up three years prior. I thought at first it was a scam but to their credit once i got my plate back from DVLA and sent the retention to them within 2 weeks the money was in my account. Happy Days !!!! Would defianately trust this company again
