Had my car cloned after getting a parking fine and the parking company would not accept I was not the person in the photo so changing my number was new to me . Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.
