Having contacted National Numbers regarding a registration that was of interest, their sales agent was first class. The communication was excellent and, having struck a suitable deal, the administration and assignment could not have gone smoother.

Absolutely fabulous service would not hesitate recommending the company . Who were Friendly and very competent ,and the turn around getting the number plate on my car was extremely quick, did not expect it to be so easy, and uncomplicated to change the plates . Really pleased .

I was looking for a private reg and was given clear advise and price. I was not hassled at anytime to buy. It was a good clean transaction with very good customer service help. I would recomend anybody to look at your registration plates as they were the cheapest around as well. Well done.

My first experience of dealing with National Numbers was fantastic. The staff were all very helpful and explained the process in detail. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better
