Basically I found the registration I liked, sent them a email showing interest, they rang me back the next day, fully explained the process & cost and that was it!! My new plates arrived within a couple of days having been offered various choices of design...

Really amazing experience from National Numbers. Very reliable and helpful team. The website was very user friendly and provided the best numbers available you desire for. Even though I didn't get the original number I wanted, It provided me with so many choices I selected the closest one. Well worth the money and finance option is also available at 0%. Right from the start to end, I was kept informed by the team and the process only took a week for me. Now I am ready to put my new plate on my car. Thanks National Numbers for all the help. I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

In a transaction where buyer/seller and intermediary never meet TRUST is an essential ingredient, and from the outset I felt confident that my sale was being professionally handled, and whoever I spoke to knew exactly what was happening and where we were in the process. Recently got Paul to contact DVLA to enter a number into the July auction which I eventually won after other bidding.Now just waiting for paperwork to arrive from DVLA and new number onto my car.Excellent service from start to finish,will highly recommend.
