Throughout the whole process they kept me updated on what is happening. Regtransfer tried making me pay £3000 on a mark which they got for me for £1600. Just wanted to thank Chantelle, Phil and Jill for excellent support.
Approached many other number plate resellers and they all quoted me between £400 and £500 for my plate. National Numbers quoted three times that but explained it might take a while to sell at that price. I was prepared to wait and have just received £1200 (having accepted an offer). Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.
After being totally let down by a previous company that promised they would sell my number plate, this company stepped in, said they would sell it for me. Within 2 weeks it sold, no hassle, no problems, and excellent advice and money in the bank account. Sorted definitely recommend.
