Positive proactive staff who were very helpful throughout the transaction. After trying the automated website where the option I wanted wasn't available, phoned directly and they sorted everything in one call, it wasn't a problem and was very easy and simple. Really nice guy on end of phone, not pushy at all,

Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. National Numbers gave us a professional and efficient service.
