I was initially concerned about getting a personalised number plate as I knew I wanted one but had absolutely no idea about the process. Pricing and process clearly explained at the outset. Craig phoned from the auction when my plate was under the hammer, as promised. Nice touch and could hear the actual auctioneer in the background.
