Great service, made very easy

Got phone call offering £x for plates. Accepted offer, paperwork emailed and posted. Returned docs. Phone call few days later saying money in bank. Straightforward. Job done.

I wrote a review on the day of the auction, due to the disappointment I felt. I can not emphasize the difference Martin made by emailing me and having a follow-up conversation. Not only do I value the conversation I had with him, I greatly appreciate the service he is providing to me. The follow-up service is more than 5 stars. Well I found this a really relaxed experience. Basically I found the registration I liked, sent them a email showing interest, they rang me back the next day, fully explained the process & cost and that was it!! My new plates arrived within a couple of days having been offered various choices of design...

The process was easy enough and I received the documentation fairly soon,.

Positive proactive staff who were very helpful throughout the transaction. The seller of my plate was dragging their heels a bit with the transaction but the staff at National continued to ensure that things went through smoothly and swiftly one all the paperwork was received.., 5 star customer service experience so a special thank you to the professional and attentive staff!!!

I was initially concerned about getting a personalised number plate as I knew I wanted one but had absolutely no idea about the process. Having read the really good reviews for this site, I decided to buy through them. From start to finish, staff couldn't have been more helpful - from negotiating the price on my chosen plate and submitting all of the paperwork for me through to sending me my new plates - everything was taken care of. This was an amazingly simple process and I can't recommend this site highly enough
