Dealing with National Numbers was very enjoyable and I could not fault their customer service. They were not prepared to negotiate on my number but that was not a major problem. I've bought two plates from National Numbers. They have been a pleasure to deal with on both occasions: website simple to navigate, very easy to place orders online, proactive in following up/finalising order details and accommodating for any special requirements.

Felt this company was the right place to choose my number plate. Scored high on many reviews and being careful whom I give custom to felt things were done to high standard apart from one wee incident costing me for postage however give this company its credit they are refunding this error made by the company that sends it mail. Number plates arrived Fast was impressed by the speed wish all companies were this fast. Purchased 24 December on the festive start of December plates arrived 3rd January then the documents arrived but sadly I had to collect this as postage was needed before greedy Royal mail would part with it. This is refunded to me thank you for this. First customer call waS not best but when I phoned back days after Liam was a big help. This company has certainly made itself as a company of trust and confidence on me I shall be buying my daughters plate from here too when I buy her new car for her 18th next year. Can't fault national numbers they admitted a mistake and compensated me very quick to send all the goodies and transfer was immediate on dvla thanks plate really does my car further justice has had a few headturns today.

Would have been 5 star only they arrived not in a box that they couldn't be identified as number plates and an invoice for National Numbers stuck on the front. I had ticked the box for surprise gift.

National Numbers are local to me and have been great when dealing with my requests. I would recommend them to anyone and give them the big thumbs up. The plate I originally asked for was unavailable but they went out of their way to get it for me. A big thank you to my salesman Phil, the new plates look great ;-) X99 JUE
